  1. The product is chopped into small pieces and placed in a wide container.
  2. Water is poured into a spacious saucepan and a container is placed in it so that a water bath is obtained.
  3. The dishes are put on a small fire. To make the products slowly heat up and not burn, the fire is made small.
  4. The product is boiled until stratification: whey settles at the bottom of the melted liquid, and a little foam forms at the top.

The melted mass is removed from the steam bath and left to cool in room conditions (for about 2-3 hours). Then the oil is carefully filtered - taken out with a spoon and put on a sieve or mesh.

How can the product be used?

Naturally, goat oil is, first of all, a valuable and nutritious product for preparing meals and snacks. To prepare a bunch of greens (parsley, cilantro, dill, basil), grind and mix with soft butter. This is a great option for a snack (a toasted bread sandwich is greased with a "green" mixture).

Liver pate is popular, the preparation of which takes a little time:

  • beef liver, onions and carrots are fried in a pan;
  • the products are cooled, then ground in a meat grinder or in a blender;
  • the liver mixture is spread on the film in the form of a rectangular layer. The top is greased with goat oil;
  • the liver is carefully rolled up and placed in the refrigerator.
