  4. Boil water in a large container and fill each jar to the top.Let stand for 20 minutes.
  5. After the specified time has elapsed, cover the jar with a lid with holes and drain the contents into a saucepan. Remove water from all cans.
  6. Repeat the procedure one more time.
  7. Go to the preparation of the brine. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and one salt to a liter of liquid.
  8. Bring the brine to a boil and wait until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  9. Pour one tablespoon of vinegar or one teaspoon of essence into a jar.
  10. Pour brine to the top and cover with pre-boiled lids.
  11. Cork hermetically.
  12. Allow to cool slowly under a warm blanket. Place the blanks upside down.
